So how do I have a go?
You'll need a t-shirt (an old one in case of damage) or sweat shirt and jogging or tracksuit bottoms. You can wear shorts, however you are likely to end up with friction burns from the mats. Shoes are not allowed and although we'd prefer you not to wear socks, you can.
Please bring plenty to drink, especially during the summer months. You won't need food (except for medical reasons). You are entitled to one FREE lesson followed by 2 paid sessions before committing to join and purchasing insurance and a uniform. There are other expenses, such as sparring gloves etc but they are not immediately required.
Assuming you're physically fit then age shouldn't be a problem to training, although if in doubt please contact your doctor. Juniors can start with us at aged 7 years.
